A Ferrari 365GTB/4 Daytona will be among the automotive stars at H&H's April 21 auction in Buxton, UK.
An early "Plexiglass" model, the car is just one of 158 examples supplied to the UK.
Held in single family ownership until 2001, the Daytona comes with a fascinating file of correspondence between its first custodian and the Ferrari parts specialist, Maranello Concessionaires.
This historic Ferrari's features and restorations include air conditioning, fitted by Maranello, and an engine overhaul some 10,000 miles ago.
Since then, more recent work has included a bare metal re-spray.
The classic 365GTB/4 will roll onto the auction block with an estimate of £155,000-175,000.
In other Ferrari news, the second highest lot at RM Auction's recent major Automobiles of Amelia Island sale was a Fly Yellow spraypainted 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4 Berlinetta, sold for $1,650,000.
The 275 GTB/4 was one of two exceptional Ferrari Berlinetta's to emerge in RM's top three sales (you can see a video here).
