John Entwhistle's Rolls-Royce set for $25,000 Bonhams auction?

A 1980 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow II Shooting Break that once belonged to John Entwhistle, legendary bassist with the Who, will sell at Bonhams' Beaulieu Sale.

No estate versions of the Silver Shadow II were ever made, but Entwistle spent a large sum to accomodate his cumbersome pets



The car, converted to an estate to accommodate Entwhistle's Irish Wolfhounds, is expected to see £12,000-16,000 ($19,000-25,000) as it crosses the block on September 7 at the National Motor Museum in Hampshire, UK.

At Bonhams' last Beaulieu Sale, the entire contents of the Exmoor Classic Car Museum sold for $1m.
