A Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona was the headline lot at Coys' Blenheim Palace sale on July 15 with a final bid of £765,540 ($1.1m).

This is a new auction record for a Daytona in the UK. The car is described as being of museum quality.
It's one of 158 right hand drive coupes imported to the UK and displays impeccable coachwork by long-time Ferrari collaborator Scaglietti.
Another UK import GTB/4 sold for £176,000 ($275,059) in 2010, indicating the increase in price point in just five years.
