Alongside the 1970 Plymouth Super Bird and 1962 Chevrolet Impala Custom, here's another classic which is set to roll on to the auction block at Leake's November 19-21 Dallas auction.
This 1946 Delahaye 135M Roadster boasts a race history which includes several races at the Circuit Park Zandvoort, located in Burgemeester van Alphenstraat.

The car appeared on the circuit between 1957-1961, powered by its Type 135 engine - an OHV six with a cross-flow head and four main-bearing crank.
Later, in the early-1980s, it was shipped from Holland to California and rebodied by its second owner, then changed hands twice more before arriving in the possession of its current owner.
The 135M has since been treated to a $40,000 restoration by the Alan Taylor Company of Escondidio, California.

According to Leake, the historic automobile has an "extremely authentic" drive-train and retains its triple Solex carburetors that were original to the vehicle.
Chassis number 800429, Serial number 800429 and Motor number 6.3103, this French Blue beauty is sure to turn the heads of collectors and investors heads when it appears in Leake's sale, next month.
