Engine number 198.980.10.002959 is a 2,996 CC SOHC Inline Six-Cylinder capable of 250 BHP at 6,200 RPM and assisted by a 4-Speed manual gearbox.

The classic 1967 Ferrari 330 GTC, a bona fide competition winner

According to Gooding & Co's notes, this car is a verified matching-numbers example whose history includes painstaking restoration by some of the marque's finest specialists.

We wouldn't be surprised to see this car roar beyond $700,000-850,000 - there's even space to put your luggage. The motor's original tools and manuals are included in the sale.

Meanwhile, no top-level car auction would be complete without a Ferrari with coachwork by Pininfarina.

This 1967 Ferrari 330 GTC has pedigree to match its good looks, being a former 2008 FCA Platinum Award Winner and has been documented by Ferrari historian Marcel Massini.

Estimated at $275,0000-350,000, the 330 GTC has had "limited ownership" and less than 48,000 miles on the clock from new.

Under its bonnet is a 3,967 CC SOHC V-12 engine capable of 300 BHP at 6,600 RPM, sold with books and tools in case you run into any problems.
