In a break from the excitement surrounding the run-up to RM's Amelia Island auction and Bonhams' Collectors' Motor Cars and Automobilia sale in Oxford, here's a quick look at another hidden gem available on the classic motors market.

Number eight of just 103 RHD examples ever made, this car has an unsurprisingly good provenance. It was originally supplied by racing legend Roy Salvadori's Chipstead Motor Company to a client in New Zealand.
The car returned to the UK a year later and eventually underwent an extensive restoration between 1994-98, with the paperwork to prove it.
With a Pininfarina body atop its six-cylinder engine, this rare and exotic historic Italian Sportscar is valued at £45,000 ($69,192). It is for sale in Surrey, UK.
