It's one of the star lots of Bonhams' Beaulieu Sale at the UK's National Motor Museum, which will take place on September 3.
The bike was one of a consignment of 26 Brough Superiors shipped to South America in 1939, intended for the Argentinian police force.
It ended up back in the UK in the 1990s, where it was lovingly re-assembled by its last owner.
The record for a Brough Superior is £331,900 ($433,770), set at Bonhams earlier this year.
