The auction took place at Morton Casa de Subastas in Mexico City on February 17 and included work by a host of Mexican artists and designers.
The pieces were originally created for an exhibition titled "Batman a traves de la Creatividad Mexicana" (Batman through the Mexican Creativity), held to celebrate the 75th anniversary of his first appearance in Detective Comics no 27.
