The satirical lot, which is valued at $300,000-400,000, depicts Andy Warhol as Mickey Mouse, surrounded by dollar symbols.

Haring once said in an interview: "You see, whatever I've done would not have been possible without Andy. Had Andy not broken the concept of what art is supposed to be, I just wouldn't have been able to exist."

Haring regularly produced Andy Mouse works. A large acrylic on canvas sold for $600,000 in 2010.
