Christie's online only auction of 41 Diane Arbus prints was led by Self Portrait, Pregnant, NYC, 1945, which brought $32,000 - a 255.6% increase on its $9,000 top estimate.
A 1963 photograph entitled Two Girls in Curlers also put in a strong performance, selling for $14,000, while Woman at A Counter Smoking (1962) brought $24,000 to the April 12 sale.

Diane Arbus prints have seen a surge in interest among collectors of late. A rare artist's print of the sensational 1966 image Identical Twins Cathleen and Colleen sold with a 220% increase on its $220,000 top estimate on April 2, making a record breaking $602,500 at Phillips Auctions.
