Bonhams is to hold a major sale of work by Scottish artist Jack Vettriano in Edinburgh on March 31, with the 12-piece collection valued at up to $1.2m.
It will include some of his most famous works, such as The Road to Nowhere - which is valued at £150,000-200,000 ($230,000-300,000).

Waltzers, another major painting, is estimated at £200,000-300,000 ($300,500-450,000).
Chris Brickley, head of Scottish art at Bonhams, commented: "This is one of the most comprehensive collections of Vettriano's work ever assembled, covering all the major periods of the artist's career and giving a vivid insight into his artistic development.
"It is a private Scottish collection, and the most significant sale of Vettriano's works for about 10 years.
"It's a really extensive and impressive survey of the artist's work?and, because Jack's work is so famous in reproduction, I think people really do enjoy seeing them in the flesh. We are expecting it to be a popular sale."
Vettriano's work is hugely popular with the British public, but less so with critics and is often derided as lacking in substance.
His auction record stands at £744,800 ($1.1m) - set for The Singing Butler, which is among the most reproduced prints in the UK.
