The National Portrait Gallery has acquired a rare collection of celebrity portraits from the Bob Carlos Clarke Foundation.
|
The photographs were donated to the gallery by the foundation, with shots including Mick Jagger, Ronnie Wood and Elton John among others. They were taken between 1971 and 1998 and have rarely been seen before.
The 10 prints donated can be viewed online at www.npg.org.uk/collections while the gallery decides how to publicly display them in the future.
