Wright's Scandinavian design auction totalled $1.6m in Chicago on May 16.
The stand out lot, a set of six waste baskets designed by PS Heggen, sold with a 650% increase on its $5,000 top estimate for $37,500.
A Nana Ditzel chair and a pair of striking Hans Wegner Chinese chairs brought $25,000 and $23,750, respectively, while a pair of Arne Vodder-designed nightstands made $37,500.
Swedish carpets also proved popular. A Marianne Richter carpet, estimated at $40,000, sold for $69,700 - a 74.2% increase.
The sale demonstrates the recent surge of interest in mid-century Scandinavian design - it continues to grow in value and esteem.
