All the items belonged to Wing Commander Peter Henley, who served in the RAF for 20 years.
It will include various pieces ranging from propellers to engines.
Auctioneer Matthew Whitney comments: "The collection is vast and has taken many days not only to remove it all from his Wiltshire home, but also to research and catalogue as there are items rarely seen at auction today
"Peter was very well known in the vintage car, motorcycle and aeronautical scenes and this is reflected in the depth of the collection.
"There are aircraft instruments to Rolls Royce related items, most of which is being offered for auction without reserve, with the collection estimated at £20,000-30,000 [$30,785-46,170]."
