A scarce genuine example of Steve McQueen's autograph on a business document. Hollywood's timeless 'King of Cool' had a famous dislike for signing autographs, and when considering his relatively brief career and death at the age of just 50, this means that his signature is in short supply.
The undated page is taken from the minutes of a meeting, which reads: “There being no further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned.”
The document bears McQueen’s large, bold signature "Steven T. McQueen", signed clearly in blue ink above his printed name.
The document includes the signatures of two others, Gerald Breslaur and Michael Rutman, who were both trustees for the McQueen Children’s Trust.
Breslaur was also on the board of directors of McQueen's production company Astral Productions, and similarities of the wording between this document and others suggest the minutes came from a meeting of that company.
In very good condition, with three punch holes on the left margin, minor marks and light creasing.
A rare opportunity to own an autograph from one of Hollywood's greatest (and most hard-to-find) icons.
