North Borneo 1909-23 3c black and green, overprint 'SPECIMEN' (type W4 in red), vertical pair, fine original gum. This new colour appeared in 1923, 14 years after the rest of the set (which had type NB6), and even single examples are elusive. Very scarce in a multiple. Specimen. SG 163s
