Very fine used four margin example lettered OL beautifully tied to wrapper by a perfectly struck black MC with a blue "T.P./Charles St. West" receiving office handstamp at far left. Sent locally within London and backstamped for FE.12.1841. A very attractive cover used on the third day of official use for the black maltese cross.
