Neil Armstrong (Commander, the first man to walk on the moon), Buzz Aldrin (Lunar Module Pilot, the second man to set foot on the moon), and Michael Collins (Command Module Pilot).
The image depicts the three astronauts in a three quarter length pose, each wearing their white NASA spacesuits in front of a lunar landscape.
Each astronaut has signed clearly at the lower edge of the photographer's mount leaving a pristine image.
The image is slightly uniformly faded however the signatures remain perfectly legible.
Neil Armstrong is already recognised as the world's rarest living signature, even turning down Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the US House of Representatives during the 40th anniversary celebrations of the Moon Landing with a polite "I'm sorry, I don't do that anymore."
A spokesman for the speaker was quoted as saying "She learned a valuable lesson: You can't always get what you want."
Signed photographs of this size, of the Apollo crew, are incredibly rare and desirable, and with all three astronauts approaching their 80th birthday's items like this can only get rarer.
