A renowned vintage military aircraft has appeared on the Collectors' market.
The Beechcraft Model 18/C45H - or "Twin Beech" as it is know - is a twin-engined, low-winged, conventional-gear aircraft.
Manufactured by the Beech Aircraft Corporation of Wichita, Kansas, the Twin Beach was used in military service during and after World War II.

A number of versions were produced including, for the United States Army Air Forces, the C-45 Expeditor, AT-7 Navigator and AT-11 Kansan.
Uses for the aircraft have included aerial firefighting, airborne mail pick-up and drop, ambulance services, gun and drug smuggling and skydiving.
The Twin Beech has also notably appeared in a number of movie productions.
This example of the C45 is being sold in the US by a private dealer, priced $275,000.
