A handwritten Christmas note from Queen Elizabeth II to Prince William is selling at RR Auction.

The lot is consigned from the collection of one of Princess Diana's former aides. The date is unknown.
It was originally given to the prince alongside an advent calendar. It reads "William, I hope you enjoy opening this each day. From Granny".
The lot is expected to make in excess of $1,800 in a sale that closes later today. The auction will also include a Lunar map Dave Scott used on the Apollo 15 mission.
