A .45 calibre Colt revolver belonging to legendary outlaw and silent movie actor Al J Jennings (1863-1961) is expected to make up to $30,000 at Smith & Co in Oklahoma on June 5.
Jennings, an attorney turned train robber, was initially sentenced to life in prison for his crimes in 1899 but was freed in 1902 and received a presidential pardon from Theodore Roosevelt.
