Adolf Hitler police document features at Nate D Sanders

A police document handwritten and signed by Adolf Hitler features in a sale at Nate D Sanders, with bidding starting at $30,000.

The lot dates to August 22, 1909, at which time Hitler was living a transient existence in Vienna. It records a change of address, listing his occupation as a writer.

Hitler lived at the address, Room 21/ 58 Sechshauserstrasse, for less than a month before he left. He lived on the streets until December of that year, when he applied to a homeless shelter.  

It sold at Bonhams for £20,000 ($33,434) in 2012.

Bidding ends on March 27.
