We've reported on the Jaguar E-Type Series 1 3.8-Litre Coupe which is appearing at the Amelia Island 2012 Concours d'Elegance in Florida on March 9. But how about a whole fleet of classic cars?
If you're a Porsche enthusiast then you'll be in for a treat courtesy of the noted classic car collector Matthew Drendel.
Drendel's Porsches are all from Stuttgart. His collection numbers 18 significant cars in total - all of which will be auctioning on March 9.
The cars date from Porsche's glory years of turbocharged competition racing, 1973 to 1997. Of these, the big star is the 1973 Porsche 917/30 Can-Am Spyder.

Other highlights in the Drendel parade will include "an unmolested example of a very rare" 1974 Porsche RSR Turbo Carrera 2.14 (estimated at $1.75m to $2.25m).
Meanwhile, a 1980 Porsche 924 Carrera GT will be offered with a $450,000-600,000 estimate and good racing provenance, having appeared at Le Mans.
