Australia New South Wales 1899 (Oct) 9d on 10d dull brown, chalk-surfaced paper, SURCHARGE ALBINO, SG309b.
A fine mint example with part original gum and fresh colour. Gum soaked perforation at top barely detracts and much better quality than average.
A scarce and interesting item, as the 10d value was not issued in this colour without surcharge.
