Ceylon 1885 15c on 16c pale violet, local surcharge as type 22, block of 8 (4x2) from position 8-11 of the setting, SG186.
A fine mint block of eight with part to large part original gum. Some separation and reinforcement, common to such multiples, (the right hand vertical pair rejoined).
A rare multiple.
