Rude Copper, a biting piece of satire that shows a policeman with his middle finger extended, was the top lot - selling for £32,500 ($48,975).
The sale was described by a Bonhams spokesperson as "a clear demonstration of Banksy's importance as a figure at the heart of contemporary art with a thriving market and pan-global interest".
The collection was consigned by Steve Lazarides, Banksy's former manager.
