A huge 1876 officer’s commission signed in a large hand by Queen Victoria “Victoria R” in the upper left.

Signed by Victoria on 19 January 1876 – 14 years after the death of her beloved husband, Prince Albert, and 25 years before her own passing.

Victoria’s black ink signature is one of the largest, most impressive examples you will see.

With embossed paper seal.

15.5 x 11.5 inches.

In very good condition.
