A very fine unmounted mint right marginal block of 4, with full original gum.
Readily distinguishable from the original 1962-68 unsurcharged issue, as the watermark is SIDEWAYS (rather than upright) and the gum PVA (rather than gum arabic).
A rare and desirable block with this omitted surcharge error. It is believed that less than one sheet of 60 originally existed.
