A very fine used example sent from London to Kirkcaldy and neatly cancelled by a black London No.10 Maltese Cross. Backstamped by a London dispatch circular date stamp for 'JU.16.1843', an Edinburgh transit circular date stamp for 'JU.18.1843' and a Kirkcaldy unboxed arrival datestamp for the same day.
