Tonga 1962 (7 Feb) "Emancipation" set to 5s, well-presented collection with extensive write-up on 20 pages, including unused (almost entirely unmounted) in blocks of 4 and mostly imprint "blocks" of 6, featuring upper half sheets of 30 (5x6) of the 1d and 5d and two examples of the 2s on 3d "no fraction bar", SG120/7.
Also includes four covers, with sets on First Day Covers from Nukualofa and Haapai. A fascinating collection with many constant flaws highlighted and an original "TONGAN GOVERNMENT GAZETTE" announcing the issue.
