Madagascar 1886 4½d rose, "POSTAGE" 29½mm long, without stops after "POSTAGE" or value, variety WITHOUT HANDSTAMP, SG37a.
Unused with fresh colour and intact roulettes on both sides. Small central thin (and minor wrinkles from hingeing), still fine for this issue where condition issues are endemic.
A very rare stamp, being one of only three known examples recorded in the past 35 years.
