A bizarre auction will take place tomorrow with lots including a two-headed calf taxidermy mount and a mummified hand.
The Collection of Curiosities auction will be held at Dreweatts auction house in Bristol - where Paul Frasers Collectibles also happens to be based - on Thursday August 27.
The "scarce conjoined twin calves head, on an oak shield wall mount," as it is described in the auction brochure, has a guide price of £300-400.
The distinct mount is inscribed: "verso 'Born 1911 Lymington Terr., Esh Winning, Durham, Mr A Haig, Farmer."
The mummified hand has a book value of £50-100. It is approximately 16cm long, in a leaded perspex case with a wooden base.
The one of a kind sale will be a must-see event for fans of unique, weird and unusual collectibles.
The Dreweatts Bristol salerooms are at Baynton Road, Ashton, Bristol, UK.
