This commemorative postal cover, 3.75x6.5, includes the signatures of Gene Cernan, Harrison Schmidt and Ronald Evans.  The (removable) postal cover features on a large information sheet, 8.5x11, which displays a photograph of the crew and an image of the launch.

Harrison Schmitt, the lunar module pilot, is the only trained geologist to have walked on the lunar surface. The commander of the mission, Eugene Cernan still remains the last man to walk on the moon.
