If you feel you could do with a little more of "The Force" in your life, then Nate D Sanders could hold the answer when it auctions this very coveted Golden Globe Nomination certificate.
Online bidding for the piece closes on November 8.
This document was for the legendary Sir Alec Guinness, dated to 1977, acknowledging the thespian's iconic turn as "Obi-Wan Kenobi" in the original Star Wars movie.
Described as "exceedingly rare and coveted," the nomination from the Hollywood Foreign Press Association reads: "Be it known that Alec Guinness was nominated for a Golden Globe Award of Merit for Outstanding Achievement / Best Actor in a Supporting Role / Star Wars…for consideration…during the year ending 1977."

Considering that Guinness effectively made cinema history with his performance as Obi-Wan, it's almost certain that bids on this "fine condition" certificate will shoot beyond $1,000 (which they've reached at the time of writing).
Guinness received only this one Golden Globe nomination for any of the films. It has a blind-stamped seal of the Foreign Press Association at lower right corner and measures 11.5 x 9 inches.
Owning this exceptional piece from Alec Guinness's career is one thing. But how about owning a genuine piece of memorabilia from the six Academy Award-winning Star Wars film itself?

These three pieces of Krayt Dragon bone, which appeared on screen with android C-3PO in the 1977 sci-fi classic, Star Wars, are for sale at Paul Fraser Collectibles
Fans of the series will immediately recognise this iconic beastie from the film, the Krayt Dragon whose skeleton appears during android C-3PO's trek in the Dune Sea.
We have three pieces of Krayt Dragon bone for sale in our stock.
Considering that screen-used Star Wars memorabilia sells for hundreds of thousands at auction - most notably the TIE Fighter which bumps into Darth Vader's spacecraft Episode VI, sold for $350,000 - our piece of Star Wars stock is a bargain at just $1,500.
