San Francisco Book Fair

Book dealers and collectors to descend on San Francisco

A huge range of rare books, manuscripts and autographs will be on offer this weekend

Walter Larsen and associates have brought together an extensive number of dealers in antiquarian and rare books, maps, prints, posters and manuscripts, some signed by the great and the good to the San Francisco Concourse.

Literally hundreds of dealers from all over the US and beyond are expected to be offering their wares; everyone from Alexandre to Zephyr is expected (that's Alexandre Antique Prints, Maps & Books - Toronto Canada  and Zephyr Used & Rare Books -  Vancouver, WA).

The sale takes place on Saturday and Sunday (February 6-7) with entrance costing $10 - or $7 if you download a coupon in advance.

The event has been less well advertised than in previous years, despite the many booksellers expected, so this may be a good chance to pick up a bargain.

Collectors who can't make it to San Francisco may wish to take a look at this range of collectible books and manuscripts which are currently available.
