Saatchi takes his art to China

The renowned collector is embracing the Asian markets as a prosperous future for his art deals

Charles Saatchi is to sell some of his contemporary Chinese art collection in China - in a move that shows the renowned collector clearly believes in the great future potential of the Asian markets.

Saatchi will place other works from his collection - including Martin Kippenberger's Paris Bar, worth between £1,000,000-1,500,000, for sale at Christies London in October.

Christie's have also recently enjoyed massive success in China where their 'Asian Art' sale achieved $36m over four days.
